Ezra Beaton is a high-voltage guitarist and songwriter rapidly emerging as one of Northern British Columbia's most compelling new voices. While he has been performing live since he was a child, 2024 marked his definitive breakout as a youth emerging artist. Ezra was selected for the mainstage at the Kispiox Valley Music Festival (KVMF) with a performance that became local legend—anchored by a blockbuster live cover of Freebird that showcased his guitar virtuosity and electrifying stage presence.

A wave of momentum followed that has carried him into the spotlight. In early 2025, Ezra was selected to open for hip-hop heavyweights Snotty Nose Rez Kids in Terrace, BC, as part of the official Let’s Hear It BC JUNO Tour celebrations.

He continued with a headliner performance at the Midsummer Music Festival in Smithers, BC. He has since headlined in Terrace, Lillooet, and Prince Rupert. His sets include covers of audience favourites along with grounded, emotional original rock songs rooted in the northwest.

Bridging the gap between classic rock grit and modern indie storytelling, Ezra continues to expand his reach, proving he is not just a local talent, but an artist ready for the national stage.
